Intelligent Design is Not Science
John Jones made the right decision. Intelligent Design is not science, it does try to answer the questions that science can't yet answer, but last I checked that is what Philosophy was for.

There is a Theory of Evolution and a Philosophy of Intelligent Design. I would not be opposed to Intelligent Design being taught in public schools if it was in a philosophy class, especially since every introductory philosophy class covers a variety of disparate philosophies.

Kudos to Judge Jones for knowing the difference between science and philosophy (and philosophy's close cousin theology).
